With an approach that is empathic, respectful and collaborative, Tracey actively engages with her clients, providing a safe and supportive environment in which they can be themselves and feel heard. It is Tracey’s belief, firmly supported by her experience, that building a strong and trusting relationship between client and therapist is the most essential component to providing effective therapy.

Tracey utilizes an integrative approach to treatment, tailoring her work to address the unique needs of each client. She strives to help clients recognize where they are stuck and to make constructive changes toward achieving more satisfying and balanced lives.
