Oftentimes the things we struggle with feel out of our control, making the conjuring of motivation to change or even seeing the options that much harder. However, through the therapeutic process we can find a sense of empowerment and agency, reclaiming the idea of how we want to feel about ourselves in relation to the world around us. In order to achieve therapeutic interests and goals, an engaged and collaborative process is necessary, as well as a safe and warm environment.

As a trauma-informed, queer, wellness practitioner and therapist, my primary goal is to create a space in which we can work together to identify any areas of your life that you would like to change and create a plan to work towards those changes being realized and sustained. Through therapeutic modalities such as Reality Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) among others, we will work together to manifest the positive changes you want for your life. I work through an eclectic lens that incorporates trauma-informed care, existentialism, cognitive theory, queer theory, choice theory, meaning-making, and alternative holistic wellness practices and somatic healing, with a focus on unpacking the relationship one has with the self as well as strengthening interpersonal skills. If desired by the client, I can also incorporate my work as a Yoga Teacher with specializations in Trauma-Informed Yoga, Meridian Yoga Therapy, and mindfulness.

I pride myself on taking a sensitive, thoughtful, and passionate approach with every case I work with. I am excited to work with children, individuals, families, groups, couples, and non-traditional intimate and domestic partnerships or collections of all identities and backgrounds. I am comfortable working with a myriad of presenting concerns including trauma, anxiety, depression, OCD, ADD/ADHD, disordered eating and dysmorphia, gender identity and dysphoria, sexual concerns, intimacy concerns, psychedelic integration, etc. As a non-binary, queer therapist, I am an ally to any and all identities and professions including members of the LGBTQIA+ communities, sex workers, BIPOC clients, and marginalized and underserved populations.

In my spare time I enjoy playing with my cat Mischief, listening to true crime podcasts, reading, spending quality time with loved ones, and being in nature.
