After earning her Bachelor’s Degree in both Environmental Science and Hispanic Studies from Trinity College, Hadley began her professional career as a middle school teacher in New Canaan, Connecticut, while leading wilderness backpacking trips for high school students in the U.S. and abroad during the summer months. Having enjoyed the interpersonal aspects of teaching and the ability to connect with her students and campers, Hadley decided to shift gears and pursue a career in counseling. Currently, she is earning her MA and Ed.M. in Mental Health Counseling from Columbia University.
As a clinician, Hadley’s approach is multiculturally informed. She utilizes REBT and CBT approaches within a safe and nonjudgmental space to provide the necessary resources and tools that assist her clients in developing self-confidence and self-efficacy so they may create positive change in their own lives.
