We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all care. We personalize CBT to your goals and pace, and we integrate adjacent methods such as REBT, ACT, DBT, AEDP, and Choice Theory/Reality Therapy when they can help you make practical progress.
Assessment & Goal-Setting
We begin by mapping your concerns, defining measurable and meaningful goals, and agreeing on a cadence that suits your life. You’ll know what we’re working on and how we’ll track it.
Skills Training & Practice
You’ll learn concrete tools, such as thought records and behavioral experiments, and, when appropriate, gradual exposure to test new perspectives and behaviors between sessions. We’ll use simple handouts to keep it usable.
Between-Session Tools
Taking small, manageable steps, such as brief exercises, a few lines of journaling, or one values-aligned action, helps you maintain momentum between sessions. We’ll right-size the practice to your week so it supports you, not piles on.
Review & Adjust
We check in regularly to see what’s working and what’s not, then adjust the plan as your needs evolve. If another approach could add value, such as deeper emotional work, a relationship focus, or agency-building, we’ll incorporate it thoughtfully.
Throughout, we move at a pace that respects you, staying collaborative and transparent about choices and next steps.
