Q: Do you take insurance?
A: We’re out-of-network with most PPO and some POS plans (e.g., Aetna, Cigna, United, GHI). Our team checks your benefits and explains any out-of-pocket costs before you begin.
Q: In-person or online—what should I choose?
A: Both work. In-person offers a fuller nonverbal connection and a distraction-free setting; online maximizes convenience and access. Many clients use a hybrid.
Q: What happens in the first session?
A: You’ll discuss goals, history, and what’s most important right now. Together, you’ll set initial priorities and leave with a clear next step.
