Associate Therapist

My primary goal as a therapist is to support your mental well-being through a collaborative and compassionate relationship. Together, we’ll build a foundation of emotional insight to help you navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity and confidence.

I use an integrative approach, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), psychodynamic theory, and relational theory. I’m also deeply interested in the mind-body connection and incorporate trauma-informed care into my work. While these frameworks help guide our sessions, I believe the most important aspect of therapy is the connection we build together. I strive to create an empathetic and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors openly. During our time together, we’ll set meaningful goals, identify patterns, and cultivate personal growth.

My passion for mental health began with a deep curiosity about the human mind and well-being, driving me to receive a B.S. in Psychological and Brain Sciences from UC Santa Barbara. After graduation, I worked in both the publishing industry and as an educator for neurodivergent children—experiences that further strengthened my commitment to this work. I’m currently completing my M.A. in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness at NYU Steinhardt.

As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I recognize the many ways that identity, culture, and lived experience shape our mental health. I’m committed to providing inclusive, affirming care and empowering clients from all backgrounds through a strengths-based lens.

Outside the therapy room, I enjoy running (thinking about a marathon soon!), spending time outdoors with friends, and finding adventure in everything from trying new foods to exploring new countries.

I look forward to connecting with you and supporting you on your path toward deeper self-understanding, resilience, and well-being.
