BS

I believe that we each have the power to be our best selves, and much of harnessing that power can come from taking the time to engage in self-discovery and in practicing self care. I utilize an empathic and personalized approach to help you in your journey to explore barriers that might be holding you back from living your most fulfilling, balanced, and authentic life.

Having grown up in a multicultural environment and in international schooling in Beijing, I have a profound appreciation for diversity and individuality. Through this, I’ve come to understand that we all have a story worth sharing and a distinct path that can be challenging to navigate. Every person is unique, and I recognize and honor this individuality in my approach. My focus is on building a strong therapeutic relationship with you, tailored to your specific circumstances. My own journey of self-discovery through psychotherapy has given me valuable insights into the power of embracing one’s identity and the comfort that comes from recognizing it.

I have always been fascinated by how our experiences and cultures shape us and dictate how we navigate the world, and therefore I have always been interested in human behavior. I completed my BS in Psychology from Northeastern University, with a minor in Health Science. Thus, I am also interested in how health and wellness intersect with our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I am currently completing an MA and Ed.M. in Counseling Psychology at Teachers College, Columbia University.

In my free time, I love to run (half-marathons), read mystery thrillers, cook (pasta being my favorite), and going out to eat with my friends and family.
