Every individual is unique, and while our distinct experiences might sometimes make us feel isolated, we have a shared human desire to connect, to be understood, and to be loved. In a world that often feels too competitive and overwhelming, feelings of anxiety and depression can surface. Know that it’s okay to seek support, and when you do, I’ll be here, ready to listen and walk alongside you as you embark on a journey towards greater well-being, confidence, and achievement.

A bit about my background: Originally from China, I came to the U.S. at the age of 15. I studied Business Administration at Boston University, minoring in French. During college, I studied abroad in the enchanting cities of Paris and Kyoto and these immersive experiences enriched my multicultural perspectives. After my undergrad, I returned to Shanghai to guide teenagers on their own overseas education journeys and it was during this time that the profound impact of mental health on people’s overall happiness and success became evident to me. This realization steered me towards pursuing a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling at Fordham University.

My core belief in therapy is that it’s centered around you, the client. I strive to adapt to what you need, embracing an evidence-based approach paired with genuine compassion, understanding, and unconditional positive regard. My services are available in both Mandarin and English. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), and Existential Therapy, my integrative approach is designed with your needs in mind.

When I’m not in session, I enjoy traveling, practicing yoga, diving into sci-fi novels, and, of course, spending joy-filled moments watching my adorable British shorthair, Tangyuan, scratching the carpet.

Let’s embark on this therapeutic journey together!
