Therapist

Everyone deserves a space to be heard without judgment or fear. Through my passion for empathetic listening and mental health advocacy, I approach the counseling space with an attitude of exploration and mutual respect. Together, we will process the past, address unhelpful thought patterns in the present, and clarify goals for the future. Let’s collaborate on your therapeutic journey today.

I specialize in working with clients to manage life transitions, stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and a variety of other challenging life situations. My approach to therapy is multifaceted and grounded in evidence-based practice, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Positive Psychology. Every individual is a unique blend of personality and life experiences, so therapeutic interventions will be tailored to your specific needs, cultural background, and intersecting identities.

I earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Media, Culture, and Communication from New York University and I completed my Master of Science in Education (M.S.Ed.) in Mental Health Counseling at Fordham University.

In my free time, I enjoy playing recreational softball, listening to podcasts, and watching “When Harry Met Sally” on repeat!
