Life often throws us twists and turns that we cannot predict. Through the cultivation of a solid therapeutic alliance and an integrative person-centered and cognitive-behavioral approach, we can begin to examine the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and behavior and upgrade this cognitive structure into something that is more supportive and flexible for use in your everyday life.

I received my Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology and completed my Masters of Science (M.S.Ed) in Mental Health Counseling at Fordham University. I have experience working with underserved populations as a mental health technician at Westchester Behavioral Health Center. Through my studies and my therapeutic work, I learned the importance of lending a kind and listening ear to those who feel unheard. Saying what has gone unsaid for so long and putting thought into action can be extremely intimidating. Through our work together, we’ll create an internal framework of support and accountability that will help you drive forward in life.

I am experienced in supporting individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, work-life balance, and need help managing interpersonal relationships. Helping my clients work towards personal growth and healing in a warm, welcoming, and non-judgmental environment is what I strive for every day. I look forward to embarking on this path of self-discovery, self-acceptance, and positive self-change, with you.

Some of my hobbies include reading non-fiction, going to MSG to enjoy a fun pop concert, and searching for the best restaurants for brunch in the city. I also enjoy spending time with friends, family and exploring the great outdoors with my dog, Thor.
