You don’t need a diagnosis or a crisis to benefit from therapy. Sometimes, the most powerful thing you can do is give yourself the space to talk, be heard, and feel truly understood. Working with a trained therapist in a safe, supportive environment can offer clarity, relief, and a deeper connection to yourself, no matter where you are in your journey.
When we’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally disconnected, we tend to rely on whatever internal tools we’ve picked up along the way. Some serve us well, while others may need an upgrade. Therapy offers the space to examine those tools with curiosity and compassion. Together, we can make sense of where you’ve been, where you are now, and where you want to go, with the ultimate goal of helping you live a fuller, more connected, and authentic life.
I’m currently pursuing my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling at Fordham University. My approach is relational, warm, and collaborative. It is grounded in the belief that no two people are the same, and neither is the path to healing. I work to create a space that feels emotionally safe and deeply human, where you can show up as you are and feel supported in your growth.
Together, while striving for self-compassion and challenge, we’ll explore how past experiences shape present patterns and we’ll work to shift the ones that no longer serve you. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, identity, relationships, life changes, or just trying to feel more at home in yourself, I aim to offer a therapeutic space that’s supportive, empowering and real.
Outside of the therapy room, I love to run (I’m a proud NYC Marathon finisher!) and an amateur chef. I’m happiest when surrounded by friends and family, listening to a good podcast, or watching one of my favorite shows.
If you’re looking for a therapist who’s warm, insightful, a little bubbly, and deeply committed to helping you show up as your authentic self, I’d love to connect. You deserve to live a life that feels meaningful, and I want to support you in getting there.
