It’s easy to get weighed down by negative self-talk, worries, and insecurities that shape how we see ourselves and what we believe is possible. These patterns often spill into many areas of life- relationships, careers, health, finances, or simply the way we speak to ourselves each day. Over time, they create stress, chip away at self-confidence, and leave us feeling restless or stuck. Therapy is a place to slow down, untangle these obstacles, and start shifting them. My role is to help you uncover what’s been holding you back and support you in building the tools and perspective to move forward with more clarity, confidence, and ease.
I completed my BA in Psychology at Hunter College and am currently pursuing my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling at Fordham University. Along the way, I trained as a transformational coach in London, built businesses, and lived in several countries- experiences that shaped both my perspective and my deep respect for each person’s unique path. I also understand the weight of constantly striving to meet expectations, whether your own or others’, which helps me connect with clients who feel stuck in cycles of self-doubt, pressure, or restlessness while searching for balance.
My therapeutic style is collaborative, compassionate, and solution-oriented. I believe the relationship between therapist and client is the foundation for meaningful growth, and I bring warmth, curiosity, and a lightness that makes space for relief and reflection, even in difficult moments. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS), while also integrating somatic and mindfulness practices. My work is trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and always tailored to my client’s needs.
Outside of work, I love traveling to historic places, exploring farmers’ markets, and improvising new recipes at home. I also enjoy Solidcore and Tai Chi, which help me stay balanced and grounded in the fast pace of New York City.
