Oonagh has always had a passion for working with people. Starting out as a journalist in the UK, working primarily in the corporate and then the education sector, she later gained a Bachelor of Science in Professional Social Work, which led to an incredibly rewarding 10-year career in child welfare and fostering in London.

Keen to further develop her therapeutic skills, Oonagh moved to New York and graduated with a Master of Arts and Master of Education in Psychological Counseling from Columbia University. She is trained in Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT) and holds a coaching diploma, and has experience in working with clients with trauma, depression, anxiety and attachment difficulties, both on an individual level and in groups.
